This is the best birria in Guadalajara. The place is packed from 8am until they sell out, usually around 1pm. People come from all over Western Mexico to deliver produce to the market and get birria from Aceves. There is veal and goat birria. They have excellent hand made tortillas and will make crispy tacos too. Get one with a little 'gordito'. You will not be disappointed! Seriously the best around!

Wow, the flavor! The best Jalisco-style birria I've ever had in Mexico. The place is simple and small, yet it offers great flavor and freshness. I loved the gordito quesadilla.

Netflix couldn’t record here if you watch the tacos special in Netflix you know exactly what I’m talking about Rogelio the owner it’s been there for 32 years and the business it’s being there for 81 years... they open at 5 in the morning and by 11 AM everything is sold out “140 kilos of Birria everyday” if you’re in Jalisco more specifically in Guadalajara and you are a foodie you cannot miss this place this is a mandatory stop Try the birria and the birria tacos

Best by far i live in Phoenix and work takes me all over i have had birria all over mexico and many other places in Guadalajara and this is by far the best wish they had more seats lol but its worth the wait
